Marina
Meo

Founder Curator & Project Lead

Curator, cultural producer, and artist mentor originally from Southern Italy and based in London for over a decade.

Moving to the city in search of her own identity and direction has profoundly shaped her practice, informing an ongoing engagement with the layered realities of urban life, cultural multiplicity, and shifting social contexts. With over seven years of experience across the creative industries, including more than five years developing cultural programmes, events, and public-facing experiences, Marina works across curatorial practice, artistic research, and community engagement.

Throughout her practice, Marina has developed projects alongside artists, performers, musicians, designers, makers, and creative practitioners, contributing to programmes that bring together contemporary art, music, hospitality, education, and community engagement. This breadth of experience has shaped an approach to curating rooted in dialogue, accessibility, collaboration, and the creation of meaningful cultural encounters.

Her practice explores the relationship between perception, embodiment, memory, and imagination, drawing from contemporary art, phenomenology, and the psychological dimensions of human experience. Through exhibitions, workshops, and interdisciplinary collaborations, she investigates how cultural encounters can expand perception, stimulate reflection, and create alternative ways of engaging with ourselves, others, and the environments we inhabit.

Marina is currently studying Curating at Goldsmiths, University of London, within the Department of Visual Cultures.
